Lameez Kourie
Sport, movement and exercise has always been my passion. I have a Degree in Teaching and a Degree in Officiating and Coaching Science. I have been a Pilates instructor since 2010 and have over 20 000 hours teaching experience working with clients from all over the world, with different body types and different goals. Whatever you require, I’m ready to help.

Monja Rousseau
I have been a Pilates instructor since 2018 but, fitness has been part of my lifestyle for as long as I can remember. I am a long distance runner and have done 3 Comrades marathons.
I love working with people and making them feel good about themselves. With a positive attitude and the right mindset you can achieve your goals. I believe that you can become whatever you set your mind too. With determination and a positive attitude, anything is possible!

Charne
My name is Charne, and I’m a certified Pilates instructor with a degree in radiography. With a strong foundation in anatomy and a love for movement, I guide clients through purposeful, supportive sessions. As both a mom and instructor, I value balance—on and off the mat—and strive to help others feel strong, aligned, and empowered.
