1. Refunds and Returns Policy

1.1 Online In-Person Session

All in-person session bookings and payments are non-refundable once confirmed.

Refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

Where a session is cancelled by Pilates First (pty) Ltd, clients will be offered a rescheduled session or refund where applicable.

1.2 On-Demand Access

All payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

Refunds may only be issued in cases of:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Technical errors preventing access
  • Other exceptional circumstances at our discretion
